Privacy
The short version: Gauge Buddy does not collect anything about you.
The app
- Gauge Buddy has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising and no telemetry.
- Your layouts, imported track libraries, saved assemblies and preferences are stored only on your Mac, in the places you choose and in the app's own folder.
- The app does not send your layouts or any other data to Owl Media or anyone else.
The Mac App Store
Gauge Buddy is distributed through the Mac App Store. Apple handles the purchase and download under its own privacy policy. Apple may share aggregated sales and crash information with developers if you have agreed to that in your Mac's settings; it does not identify you.
This website
- This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or third-party trackers.
- Like most web servers, the server hosting this site may keep short-lived access logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security and troubleshooting.
